Variance in Handmade Pieces

Each piece in our collection is made fully by hand. Due to the unique nature of our processes, each item may exhibit slight variations in texture, color, size, and/or shape from what is pictured here on our site. We hope you will appreciate these slight variations as they contribute to the individuality & charm of the design. We strive to maintain high standards of quality while celebrating the uniqueness inherent in handmade creations.

No Return Policy

We pride ourselves in providing high quality products that meet your expectations. Because each piece is individually made to order, we do not accept returns. Please carefully review product information before making your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please send us a message via the Contact Page and we would be happy to assist you! Thank you for your understanding. 

Item Damaged During Shipping?

We take great care in packaging our ceramics to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Inspect Your Order: Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents carefully. 

2. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

3. Contact Us: Send us a message via the Contact Page within 7 days of delivery to report the damage. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. 

4. Resolution: We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund. 

Please note that we do not provide refunds and/or replacements for items damaged outside of shipping. Your satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding in navigating shipping challenges. Thank you for your support!
